Taking place on Friday 24 July 2026, the last day of Farnborough International Airshow, Pioneers of Tomorrow is a STEM-focused day designed to inspire and engage the next generation of aerospace leaders.

By becoming a Champion of Tomorrow, you can demonstrate the opportunities within the sector and engage with the future workforce, helping to solve the skills-gap.

Ways to become a Champion

• Run an activity on your stand
• Submit roles to the digital Jobs Board, including job vacancies, apprenticeships, internships, graduate schemes and more
• Bring along your HR team to provide career advice or promote opportunities
• Submit a prize for one of our Pioneers competitions (e.g. Lego set, site visit, experience day)
